Vendo 56
The Vendo 56 was produced in 1957. This model holds 56 bottles and
could vend 6&1/2oz through 12 oz. bottles. This machine measures
52" high x 25"wide x 18&3/4" deep and weighs around 250 lbs. The
model 56 was only produced for Coca-Cola, and offered six flavor
choices. The coin mechanisms were mechanical, the same as the ones that
the Vendo 81 and VMC 81 used. This model is very sought after. 90% of
the Vendo 56s were produced with a solid bottle door, only 10% came
with the glass bottle door. We professionally restore this model of
